Policy Errors

The Policy error code values are described here. Note, some payers respond with multiple error codes.

Code	Description
`GENERIC_ERROR`	Unexpected error
`DOB_INVALID`	Date of birth is invalid
`PATIENT_NAME`	Patient name not found
`DOB`	Date of birth does not match
`MEMBER_ID`	Member ID not found
`SUBSCRIBER_NAME`	Patient name is invalid
`PAYER_ERROR`	Payer system error
`TIMEOUT`	Payer system timeout
