Consent

Patient consent is required before services can proceed to billing. Each consent remains valid for 12 months from the date it was given.

  • The API will include an expiresAt field indicating the expiration date.

  • The status field will tell you if the consent is ACTIVE, EXPIRING_SOON, or EXPIRED.

  • If consent is expired, related services will be automatically routed to triage until consent is renewed.

To update consent, submit a new attestation using the appropriate API endpoint or dashboard.
