Triage Task Review
Service task objects now include ready and inReviewAt. For a generic TRIAGE task, set ready to true to send it to Bridge for review. Set it to false to return it to your queue. Other task types cannot be marked ready; resolve the issue described by the task instead.
Use the Set Ready endpoint to update the generic task. The endpoint returns the updated Service.
